News from Menu, designers of scandinavian interiors. I discovered Menu on the fair Maison & Objet with a sleek and delicacy stand. The brand is made for those who wish to have the least possible elements in their interior, whithout any frills. I especially like the sets for the art of the table, and you immediately want to realize dishes as delicate as you can see in renown restaurants. You can find this brand in Le Bon Marché and Fleux.

THIS PHOTOGRAPHER //

Lola James Harper is a brand we discovered with A in Le Bon Marché in Paris. It's a collab and they have a corner down there. The artist who created the brand is also a photographer, a traveller and he started to work with perfumers and a Maitre Cirier in France.

So he did with extreme good tastes a serie of candles and perfumes reminding our childhood or some particular moments we'd loved. I bought one for my mother based on fig (!). I think she will love this fragrance for summer. And baboon A bought the one with monoï, perfect for the summer as well...

Names of perfumes are like poetry : The Promenade in Vincennes Wood, The Surf Shop of Stephane etc.

A decorative series of wooden paddles made by the Paddle People for Ferm Living. It's a limited edition, sadly there are only 10 of each paddle. Graphics and colors are inspired by the Indigenous art of North America. You can find them on their website.

These are my new chairs, and also my low table for my living room. It will also be a bench for my guests. This is the perfect object for a small apartment. In metal, they resist to practically everything. You can assemble them and play with differents colours. The designer are from britain in France and they are really fun and motivated. 

Well done for this brand which you will see for sure in every design blog.

Le beau temps s'installe et les températures grimpent - autrement dit, on ne devrait plus tarder à pouvoir libérer nos orteils!! 

Je vous poste donc une sélection de sandales classiques ou presque. Rien de trop excentrique, on mise sur des chaussures qui durent - minimalist closet quand tu nous tiens.

Vous trouverez une marque française que j'affectionne particulièrement La Botte Gardianne. Cuir tanné naturellement, fabrication ultra locale pour le coup, qualité et savoir-faire - the ideal combo! 

Il y a aussi Ancient Greek Sandals, une entreprise grecque. Quoi de mieux que des sandales faites mains, directement venues du pays mythique qui les a inventées? 

Et enfin Sessùn, la marque franchie qui s'exporte partout dont on ne vous refera pas la succès story, c'est un acquis. 

Voilà donc un peu d'inspiration grecque, berbère et méditerranéenne rien que pour nos pieds!

EASTER EGG CUPS //

Depuis que mes parents ont eu des poules à Noël, toute la famille a redécouvert l’œuf à la coque. Souvenir d'enfance... Encore faut-il être bien équipé: mouillettes, sel, poivre... et coquetiers! 
Les Figuettes ont donc préparé une petite sélection de coquetiers, à la fois pratiques et esthétiques. De la porcelaine, de la céramique et du plastique; pas de métal car transfère la chaleur et brûle les doigts (testé et désapprouvé). 
Pour info, les coquetiers 05 et 06 sont fabriqués à partir d'imprimantes 3d... Les chouchous de Bloomingville et Ferm Living en 03 et 04. Deux marques récemment découvertes en 01 et 02: Make International et Sagaform.

Since my parents had hens for Christmas, the entire family has rediscovered the soft boiled egg. Souvenir souvenir... Still need to be well equipped: sippets, salt, pepper and egg cups ...!
The Figuettes have prepared a small selection of egg cups, both practical and beautiful. Porcelain, ceramic and plastic; no metal because it transfers heat and burns the fingers (tested and deprecated).
FYI, egg cups 05 and 06 are made from 3D printers ... The darlings of Bloomingville and Ferm Living in 03 and 04. Two recently discovered brands in 01 and 02: Make International and Sagaform.

Je suis à la recherche d'un blazer, comme chaque année lorsque l'automne et l'hiver arrivent. J'en ai déjà un, très classique, qui date de quelques années donc il est un peu usé et vous savez ce que c'est... Je veux simplement en trouver un nouveau!
