THIS PLACE //

Il a fallu attendre mon avant-dernier jour de travail pour que je découvre à quelques rues du parc du Pharo ce délicieux restaurant, Les Akolytes. Face à la plage des catalans: sol en béton ciré, tables métalliques industrielles, chaises design et colorées et ce magnifique mur végétal. Le midi c'est formule bistrot, le soir c'est tapas. Le chef est très sympathique, les assiettes sont belles et gourmandes et puis c'est super bon !! Une belle adresse...

THIS ARCHITECT //

Atelier Pierre Thibault. Great architect and great intellectual approach for an architecture anchored in the landscape with a strong aesthetic.
