Rhubarbe & Apple crumble:
500 gr of rhubarbe
400 gr of apples
280 gr of flour
180 gr of sugar
130 gr butter
30 gr of powder almond
30 gr of icing sugar
A few of vanilla extract
some nutsCut all of the fruits in small pieces and put icing sugar on it.
Put all together flour, sugar, and butter and mix them to get a pastry.
Then mix the almond, some icing sugar and the vanilla extract to put it on fruits.
Then place fruits in your dish and put on top the mix of the crumble.
Place some nuts on top to get a crispy effect.
In the hoven during 40' .
